Arcade Amusement Machine Technician

Full-Time - $16 to $20 Hourly

We are seeking an Arcade Amusement Machine Technician to join our team! You will maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Repair, install, demonstrate, report and adjust arcade gaming machinery

• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment

• Perform routine preventative maintenance

• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion

• Advise and make recommendations to customers on equipment

• Follow all company procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machinery or other related fields

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to handle physical workload

Sales Representative

Full-Time - $50,000 to $80,000 Annually

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

• Prospect and contact potential customers

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

• Deal with various technology and equipment to fulfill job requirements

• Build strong and successful relationships with customers

• Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors

• Recommend improvements to boost performance to the Sales Team

• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance

• Maintain a professional company image at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

• Familiarity with Arcade gaming industry a plus

• Ability to build rapport with clients
